- would have loved it if this ended with him going to the notion office to ask team members about things theyre doing to fix the issues

I haven't seen a company do this before. create content focused on NEGATIVE feedback about their product.
its brilliant because it makes users feel seen and heard, but it also is a subtle flex - look how many people use notion!
the challenge with this is that if they DONT act on the feedback and verbally acknowledge it on more official channels, this will backfire.
in the same way that companies with terrible customer service are always asking you "would you like to take 5 minutes for a customer service survey" while you're waiting on hold.
incredible potential though. huge props to notion here.
