clean but slow launch video
- very high quality shots
- love walking through the different examples with the actual product
- great side by side shots of the UI and his hand holding the phone
- beautiful shade of purple
but
- bad scroll stopper. guy walking does not tickle my ADHD at all
- takes so long (1 minute) to actually show the product. like why are we wasting time telling me what I already know about chatGPT
- would have kept the music going during the demo
- would have had large text to emphasize different lines
the product seems cool, but I'm certain almost no one who watched this video actually saw it. had they not had Lux on the cap table, this would have been a 30K impression launch with 50-70 people total actually seeing the product.
in AI launch videos, you need to show the magical feature AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.
THEN you've earned the audience's attention to tell whatever generic backstory you have.
I do think this is one of the best mobile demos I've seen though. very easy to connect to the founder as hes talking while still seeing the UI.
